GENERAL CONDITIONS
This document sets out the general conditions to be observed for the use of the kreme.pt website, as well as the purchase process for the products presented in the electronic store.
The website user must carefully read the general conditions and the privacy policy, which he will agree to in order to place orders. If the user disagrees with any aspect of the general conditions or the privacy policy, he must refrain from using the kreme.pt website.
The general conditions may be subject to change by the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda., which means that the user/client must consult them whenever they use the website or wish to enter into a contract.
The general conditions are agreed between the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda., headquartered at Estrada Nacional 105, Fábrica Asa, Office S1.3, Covas - 4835-157 Guimarães - Portugal, share capital of €5,000.00, registered with the CRC Porto, with VAT nº PT510850650, and any user/customer wishing to make a purchase through the website kreme.pt.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to suspend, block, interrupt or partially or totally terminate, without prior notice, access to the kreme.pt website, particularly during management and maintenance operations.
WEBSITE REGISTRATION AND USE
The user/customer must register by completing the form available on the website, being solely responsible for the integrity and correctness of the information provided, for keeping the registration data up to date, including details relating to his address, and for keep customer access codes strictly confidential.
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to cancel the accounts and registrations of users/customers that contain false or incomplete data and/or that correspond to non-existent identities.
Items must only be ordered by users/customers aged 18 (eighteen) years old or older. The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. does not sell items to minors.
IMAGES OF PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE
Although the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. has made every effort to display the textures, colors and finishes of the items it makes available for sale as accurately as possible, the images that illustrate them are merely indicative.
The user/customer should keep in mind that the colors he/she sees on the website depend largely on the quality and resolution of the screen of the computer equipment he/she uses to view the articles.
ORDERING
The user/customer must fill in all the mandatory fields requested on the kreme.pt website when placing the order.
The user/customer fully accepts all the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products that relate to placing the order.
1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. will inform the user by email of the acceptance of the order by the company, a mandatory condition for its processing.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Orders are subject to product availability. If for any reason the products ordered are not in stock or if there is any other reason that makes it impossible to supply them, the 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. will inform the user of this fact by email, as well as refund any amounts that may have been paid within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of knowledge of that impossibility.
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. makes its articles available only for direct sales to consumers, and the purchase of articles for resale is prohibited.
Any item, at any time, may be discontinued by unilateral decision of 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda., which also reserves the right to limit the quantity of items it sells.
IMPOSSIBILITY TO COMPLETE AN ORDER
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. declines any responsibility for not being able to complete the order in exceptional circumstances, even in cases where it has been confirmed, having only the obligation to notify the user/customer of the impossibility of completing the order and proceed with the return payments made.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed only from Monday to Friday, therefore excluding holidays that occur on those days and weekends.
DELIVERIES
The order will be sent within 10 working days after confirmation of payment, except in cases where it is impossible to complete for reasons attributable to exceptional circumstances.
Compliance with this deadline may be freely changed by the company 1921 Têxteis, Unipessoal, Lda. if exceptional, unforeseen circumstances occur, but also depending on the area to be delivered the order.
The order will only be sent when the price of all the items ordered and the respective shipping costs have been settled.
DELIVERY COSTS
The user/customer will bear the costs of delivering the orders to the postal address provided, depending on the amounts of the items ordered and the areas where they will be delivered.
For deliveries of items in Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain in an amount above €150.00 (one hundred and fifty Euros) the postage is free of charge;
For deliveries of items in Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain for an amount less than €150.00 (one hundred and fifty Euros), the postage to be borne by the customer is €9.00 (nine Euros);
For deliveries in Portugal (Islands) and Spain (Islands), regardless of the price of the products, the postage to be borne by the customer is €18.00 (eighteen Euros);
For deliveries in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, mainland France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland of products worth more than €350.00 (three hundred and fifty Euros) the postage is free of charge;
For deliveries in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, mainland France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland of products worth less than €350.00 (three hundred and fifty Euros) the postage to be paid for the customer are €23.00 (twenty three Euros);
f) For deliveries in Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden of products worth more than € 350.00 (three hundred and fifty Euros) the postage is free of charge;
For deliveries in Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden of products worth less than €350.00 (three hundred and fifty Euros), the postage to be paid for the customer are €35.00 (thirty-five Euros);
Any of these delivery costs can be changed by the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. without prior notice.
PRICES
Except for an insertion error or any other error, the price indicated for the articles is the retail price.
Shipping costs will be added to the total calculated amount.
The VAT rate is subject to change depending on the country of destination of the order.
Prices are valid for the day the order is placed and paid.
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to change the retail prices at any time and without prior notice, but these changes will not be reflected in the orders for which the company has sent the respective confirmation.

DROPOUT OF PURCHASE AND RETURN
In accordance with current legislation, the user/customer may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Only ordered items will be refunded. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
The right to withdraw from the contract applies only to products that can be returned under the same conditions in which the user/customer received them, namely in the original packaging and with all documents. No refund will be made if the items have been used beyond the simple opening of the respective packaging or if they have suffered damage.
The responsibility for damages suffered by the items or for their eventual loss during the return are the exclusive responsibility of the user/customer.

EXCHANGES
Items purchased through the website kreme.pt cannot be exchanged.
REASONS FOR FORCE MAJEURE
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. will not be responsible for any contractual breach resulting from Force Majeure Reasons.
Reasons for Force Majeure include any event, omission or accident that is beyond the Company's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the following:
Public order disturbances, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
Sabotages, strikes, embargoes or international blockades, riots, riots and injunctive governmental or administrative orders;
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, epidemic or any other natural disaster;
Impossibility of using trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private;
Power cuts and the impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems;
Acts, decrees, legislation, rules or restrictions of any government or public authority.
The obligations resulting from the established contracts will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure Reasons occur. Nevertheless, the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. will use all reasonable means within its power to find a solution that allows it to respect the fulfillment of its contractual obligations.
USER DATA
In compliance with Portuguese law on the protection of personal data, the information or data provided by the user will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
All users/customers have the right to access, rectify and cancel their data, which means that, at any time, any customer may no longer belong to the company's 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda database., sending an email to privacidade@kreme.pt.
In accordance with the privacy policy, the user/customer expressly authorizes the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. to send him information about products and services considered of interest to him, using his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing through any channel of communication, such as email, SMS, MMS or other forms of automatic call. The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. will not sell or share the customer database with third parties.
VIRUSES
The company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda. is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from computer viruses or any other harmful program or material that may affect the computer equipment of the user/client as a result of using the kreme.pt website or downloading contents or the contents to which the website redirects.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contents of the kreme.pt website, its structure, functions, programming, brands, logos and symbols are protected by intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, sui generis rights) or industrial property rights (trademarks and logos ).
The user/customer may display the website content on a monitor of their computer equipment or print a copy of the content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, transmit, communicate or make publicly available, as well as publish, modify, transform, copy, sell, use or distribute, in any way, the texts, images or other information without the prior written authorization of the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda.
AGREEMENT
The general conditions set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned.
UNILATERAL CHANGE OF CONDITIONS
The general conditions established in this document can be changed at any time by the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda.
DURATION
The general conditions established in this document apply during the duration of the services offered by the company 1921 Têxteis Unipessoal, Lda.
